HOW TO BUY AT DUCK & SAIL NAUTICAL STORE
The Duck & Sail online store is aimed at European private customers. Our primary aim is to serve our "domestic waters", ie customers in the Baltic Sea region. However, many of our products are suitable for both the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, so welcome to our customers even if you are further afield or your sailing would take you to the ends of the world.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed in the Duck & Sail online store are quoted in Euros and include the Finnish 24% VAT (VAT). Shipping costs are added to all orders in the shopping cart. In the shopping cart you will also see the VAT specification. You can pay for your order with A) International Credit Cards (VISA, Master Card, Amex) or B). A minor must ask his / her guardian to place an order for him / her.
When you confirm your order in the shopping cart, you will receive an order confirmation. You can deposit or print this page as a receipt. The order confirmation will also be automatically sent to you at the email address you provided.

We don't have a minimum order limit. We're working to process your order within the same or next business day. The order delivery process starts as soon as we receive an A) credit card company confirmation or B) payment to our account.
We will deliver your pre-order to our suppliers in Spain or Italy or from our own warehouse in Finland by post or courier directly to your delivery address. We reserve the right to place your order in several lots and packages if it is logistically necessary and thus, for example, we can better keep the promised delivery time. We may need your phone number for delivery so that the courier can notify you of the pick-up point and instructions.
Please note that we are not able to deliver certain products, such as hazardous chemicals and emergency batteries, by post. Fixed delivery prices do not apply to these so-called. products that are difficult to deliver, but please contact us by email to arrange the delivery and delivery pricing of the product. You will probably get these products more easily and cheaply from your local boat shop if the order amount is small.
The delivery time does not apply to products with limited availability, such as longer delivery times mentioned in product information, or the product is out of our online store. Offers are valid until the products run out of stock.
Pre-order means an order whose products were available at our online store at the time of order, moved to the shopping cart and the order payment method is confirmed.
We reserve the right to choose, for example, the shipping company to be used for delivery. order size, weight, delivery time, shipping and shipping address, etc.
We protect the environment and strive to pack the delivered products into recycled materials, ie the same plastics and cardboard, where the products have come to us and our suppliers.
You will receive an email confirmation of all your completed e-commerce orders. You will also receive messages while processing your order. We'll provide you with a tracking code to track your shipping. For example, the tracking code may not be obtained from the very smallest and appreciated by the small mailing products. If the product does not arrive within the delivery time, please contact us.
Mail and courier companies have a maximum retention period, during which you have to pick up your shipment. For example, the maximum shelf-life of a shipment in Finland Post is two weeks. So get your shipment on time or check out the maximum retention period for courier shipments under the notified tracking code.
Please note that non-delivery is not the same as canceling a trade. If you wish to cancel and return the product, please contact us as soon as possible or within 14 days of receiving the shipment. For a non-redeemed item that has not been the subject of a separate return notice, we charge a fee for shipping and return.
If the package is damaged in delivery, the product must immediately be the subject of a complaint to the transporting party, for example, a postal or courier company.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF TRADE
You have a 14-day return policy from receipt of the product delivery.
If you would like to cancel the transaction and return the product, please contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org Our guidelines for return issues such as return address and return reference number. The customer will pay for the return mail. The product should not be sent to us without contact and the above information. The right to cancel a trade in a product is valid only if the product is in the original re-sale condition and in its packaging. If the returned product is not in the above-mentioned condition, we reserve the right to deduct the amount due from the depreciation amount. The repayment is made in principle with the same payment method you originally paid for the product. We will refund within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
Please note that the right of return cannot be applied to products sold on the basis of length, weight, or volume, such as boats sold as metrics. Digital content and services, such as electronic maps and navigation software, do not have a return policy.
MAINTENANCE, ERROR RESPONSIBILITY AND RELATED MATTERS
In matters of maintenance, fault liability and complaint, we are primarily contacted by email.
Report your order number and describe your case. Do not send us a serviceable or interchangeable product until you have been authorized to do so. Permission to send a serviceable or interchangeable product does not mean that the refund is accepted. We check the returned products. If damage to the product is caused by intentional abnormal use, we will not take care of or replace the product with a new one without compensation. If the restored product can be repaired at a reasonable cost, it will be serviced and not replaced. We do not redeem the products sent to us by postage.
We strive to serve our customers with kindness and care, but if you feel that we have not been able to serve you well and reasonably, please let us know by email. Customer service email is monitored and your feedback will be received and handled appropriately. Customer feedback is a valuable source for us to develop our company and our business.
The laws of Finland apply to the sale. The information, including prices, gives errors, supplier price increases, incorrectly reported technical features, and product availability reservations. Duck & Sail Oy reserves the right to change all information in the online store, including: prices and pictures, without notice. Product images in the online store are indicative; See product information carefully, for example the color of the product in the picture may differ from the product information.
