Duck & Sail represents two major antifouling brands, LEFANT and Veneziani.

LEFANT offers a complete range of high-quality products developed and manufactured in Sweden, adapted to the harsh conditions in the Baltic and North Seas. All products have been developed by combining laboratory tests with tests performed under the right marine conditions.

Lefant is particularly focused on innovation and has invented and developed a number of different products that have changed and simplified boat maintenance. Lefant launched in the 1980s e.g. primer technology VC17, which laid the foundation for the company’s trend to create thin, hard and advanced primer products.

Lefant's headquarters are located in Lidingö outside Stockholm, where all development and production takes place. Lefant has more than 30 years of experience in the development and manufacture of primers and boat care products. Quality is one of Lefant's keywords.


VENEZIANI Yachting paints have been travelling the world’s seas for over 155 years,  in a great adventure that began with the creation of the first anti-fouling paint and continues to this day through constant investment in research. This has led to increasingly effective and stable products, available in a wide range of brilliant and durable colours.

"FABBRICA VERNICI E INTONACI SOTTOMARINI GIOACHINO VENEZIANI S.A." was founded in Trieste, Italy in 1863
by Giuseppe Moravia, who appointed Gioachino Veneziani as production and marketing manager for Vernice Moravia, a product for keeping hulls free from seaweed and other growths.

Veneziani's products are used successfully by various navies, super yachts, yacht and all size of boats.
